1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RankForge, connecting to our Model Context Protocol (MCP) server endpoint at https://rankforge-mcp.workers.dev/mcp, or creating an account at rankforgeapp.pages.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

2. Description of Service

RankForge provides an enterprise-grade Model Context Protocol (MCP) server SaaS platform designed to furnish AI coding agents (such as Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, Cline, Zed, and OpenAI Codex) with 8 automated SEO tools:

• seo_audit: 100-point technical, Core Web Vitals, and on-page semantic audit.
• keyword_research: Intent clustering, search volume estimation, and difficulty scoring.
• competitor_analysis: SERP overlap, content gaps, and ranking opportunity identification.
• backlink_audit: Referring domain health, toxicity detection, and link acquisition gaps.
• local_seo: Google Business Profile completeness and NAP consistency validation.
• aeo_geo_audit: Generative citation readiness for ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, and Gemini.
• technical_seo: Indexability, HTTP headers, canonical validation, and structured schema verification.
• generate_report: White-label developer-facing markdown and executive audit summaries.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing Cycles

• Free Tier: Includes 10 monthly audits and 1 project domain at $0/month. No credit card required.
• Paid Subscriptions (Pro, Agency, Enterprise): Billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected interval. Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount.
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via the Customer Portal in your Dashboard.
• Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscribers if you are unsatisfied with the MCP server performance. Contact support@rankforge.app within 14 days of your initial transaction.

4. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) Model

RankForge operates on a transparent Bring Your Own Key architecture:

• We charge $0 markup on third-party actor compute or crawler execution.
• When you configure your Apify API key or use your own AI model keys (Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic), you are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance with those providers.
• You retain complete ownership and control over your third-party credentials. You may rotate or delete your stored encrypted keys at any time from your dashboard.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use RankForge to:

• Launch Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, flood target domains with abusive crawl frequencies, or bypass target websites' robots.txt instructions in bad faith.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying model weights or server code of the Cloudflare Workers MCP protocol implementation.
• Share personal account credentials or API bearer tokens with unauthorized third parties to circumvent monthly tier quota limits.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law, including data scraping restrictions or trademark infringements.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Your Data & Reports: You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all SEO audit outputs, keyword reports, competitor analyses, and content generated for your projects via RankForge tools.
• RankForge Platform: All software, trademarks, logos, MCP JSON-RPC schemas, and interface assets remain the exclusive property of RankForge.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

RankForge and its 8 MCP tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% edge uptime via Cloudflare Workers and accurate search engine data:

• Search engine algorithms (Google, Bing, Perplexity, OpenAI Search) evolve independently. We do not guarantee specific organic SERP ranking increases or instant traffic outcomes.
• In no event shall RankForge, its founders, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from lost profits, data loss, or service interruption, exceeding the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law & Contact Information

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and international commercial dispute resolution standards.
